- Providing members with professional, high quality service including greeting members as they enter the office and handling each transaction in a friendly and courteous manner
- Ensuring that all transactions are processed completely and accurately
- Following all credit union procedures
- Accurately balancing his/her cash drawer on a daily basis
- Ensuring that members are aware of credit union products and services that are available
