Job Description:

Experienced Human Resources & Safety Director is required with a Bachelors Degree having Six to Ten years of experience in a manufacturing environment.

Job
Responsibilities:

Develop the recruitment program; keep track of records and procedures for personnel.
Serve as EEO Specialist.
Work directly with Department Managers to assist them in carrying out their responsibilities regarding personnel.
Provides administrative leadership and to all Human Resources plans, programs, policies, legal changes, trends, etc.
Supervises the staff of the Human Resources/Safety department.
Coordinates direction of the Safety program.
Know and Practice the Safety standards.
Responsible to support the Quality Program (SQF and BRC).


Job Requirements &
Experience:
6 to 10 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
PHR or SPHR certification is preferred.
Bilingual in Spanish or Hmong would be helpful.

Educational
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in a related field.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
