Extended Weekend Receptionist
Remedy Intelligent Staffing is seeking an Extended Weekend Call Center Receptionist.
We are seeking a reliable individual that has previous customer service experience and will exude professionalism.
Candidates must be able to type 35 wpm and will work in the Help Desk Department.
The hours of this position are 5am-2pm, Friday through Monday.
Responsibilities:
-Answer phone calls in a prompt and friendly manner.
-Work in the Order Taking Department and resolve customer issues.
-Take accurate messages and enter orders into the computer system.
-Use the correct grammar and spelling when taking the message.
-Navigate with the computer software.
Requirements:
