Kraft Foods is currently seeking Production Team Members at our Wausau facility. Successful candidates will perform general production duties in a food manufacturing environment while producing high quality foods using state of the art technology. Team members are expected to be self-directed and take an active role in the areas of safety, quality, and productivity. Good communication, interpersonal skills, and team building skills are essential. Individuals must be able to work in a fast paced, multifaceted environment and meet defined physical activities.
Kraft-Wausau produces and distributes various Kraft products to included grated and dried Parmesan, Romano, and Asiago cheeses and cheese sauce powder for Kraft Macaroni & Cheese dinners. The Wausau plant has three (3) shift operation requiring overtime and weekend work as needed. Hours vary according to production requirements. This job requires lifting up to 50-80 lbs., bending, squatting, kneeling, reaching to both ground and overhead levels, frequent standing and shoveling of product and the ability to climb ladders and perform overhead work.

Be able to work any shift, including daily overtime and weekends and needed
1 year of manufacturing experience or equivalent required
