This Value Stream Leader will be responsible for managing all production operations while implementing continuous improvement/operational excellence initiatives with this growing manufacturer in central Wisconsin. This company is a division of a $700M international company and they are expanding into new industries. They are seeking candidates who can be promoted into leadership roles at this facility and at corporate in the future.

Experience:
Bachelors degree Ability or experience in manufacturing leadership including managing production, developing production schedules and training/development of employees. Must have proven experience in continuous improvement/operational excellence. Strong problem solving skills to identify and resolve issues in safety, quality and manufacturing process flow. Lean or Six Sigma certification (strongly preferred). Lives near or open to relocation to central Wisconsin/Wausau area (relocation assistance is provided).
