Eastbay is now hiring for eCustomer Care Associates within our call center. We are looking for positive, energetic team players who have a passion for athletics and helping people! Associates will be responsible for providing excellent service to customers via email, phone and live chat. Associates will also conduct site monitoring; reporting site issues and customer service trends to appropriate personnel in the eCustomer Care Center. Other duties as assigned.
Required Experience:

- Great customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task with keyboarding and phone skills required
Currently hiring Full-time and Part-Time. Full-Time hours are 3rd shift. Part-time hours are flexible! We require a minimum of 15 hours per week including 6 hours of availability every weekend (Morning, afternoon and evening availability).

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
