TheAmbulatory/Meaningful Use Analystperforms day to day support and issue management as well as project management activities for specified applications within Aspirus Electronic Health Record, Epic. The Applications Analyst will have a strong understanding of general principles of information systems and computer usage.Independently researches and seeks solutions to problems and contributes to improving workflow and process.Assists in evaluating systems, preparing an analysis of alternatives, and implementing enhancements to existing systems.Performs project management activities as well as analysis, design, implementation, education and support of assigned applications software. Will be thoroughly familiar with the function and processes of their assigned departments and assist the customer department in the use of the applications at Aspirus, while working to maintain and/or improve patient safety, departmental workflow, and cost containment.
The Ambulatory/Meaningful Use Analyst position involves extensive consulting and communication with physicians, nurses, pharmacists, technologists and other clinical staff as well as clerical and administrative users, vendors, hospital management/administration and outside agencies.
The Ambulatory/Meaningful Use Analyst works as a partner with both business and clinical operational liaisons to support Aspirus growing needs within the Epic Electronic Health Record system. This position is responsible for the Ambulatory applications which include Epic (EpicCare Ambulatory) as well as other peripheral software as needed.
Knowledge of the Meaningful Use initiative along with data analysis, reporting and Radar dashboards preferred. Some interface work will be required. This position also requires coordination with the rest of the organization to standardize processes across our health system.
Knowledge of general principles of information systems and computer usage normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor s degree in in Business, Information Technology, clinical area, or related field and/or two to five years relevant healthcare/IT experience required. Prior clinical experience a plus. Epic Certification is preferred but not required.Experience with clinical assessment, planning, protocol development, standards, policies and procedures preferred.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
