The Clinical Informatics Training & Support Specialist maintains an in-depth knowledge of assigned system applications and plays a role in the evaluation, implementation, and support of new applications, software fixes, updates and new releases; is cross-trained on multiple applications; actively participates in the identification and resolution of system issues; and keeps training programs and technical environments in assigned areas of responsibility up to date with evolving technology.
Knowledge of computer applications including EMR, Microsoft Word and Excel normally acquired through completion of a high school diploma or equivalent.Bachelor s degree or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience in education, computer science, or information systems, with previous adult education or staff development experience preferred.
Skill and experience in adult education required.Experience in a clinical setting preferred.
Proficiency or certification in one or more Epic applications preferred.
Knowledge of front-end speech recognition, PACS, Microsoft Visio and SharePoint, LMS, and Adobe Captivate preferred.
Excellent written and oral communication skills and strong interpersonal and organizational skills required.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
