Tasks include:
Laundry Meds Shopping This gentleman speaks Hmong and some English.
You do not have to be able to speak Hmong his daughter will work as his communicator when needed.
The hours are flexible but looking from about 3pm to 5pm.
Rate of pay is 14.

Who is Community Horizons Community Horizons offers support for individuals enrolled in self-directed programs through Managed Care Organizations or IRIS (Include, Respect, I Self-Direct) throughout Wisconsin.
Self-direction gives program participants the choice over who provides services and how they receive them.
Community Horizons is not the employer on record, members make all hiring decisions with the involvement of a third-party fiscal agent responsible for payroll.
