Based in Wausau, WI, with multiple locations across Central Wisconsin, we're looking for a motivated individual with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering top-notch service.
Key
Responsibilities:
Supervise daily operations, including cleanliness, organization, and customer relations Motivate and lead the team to achieve sales targets Manage scheduling and administrative tasks Ensure proper inventory management Provide exceptional customer service and address any concerns promptly Recruit, train, and oversee staff members Maintain effective communication with the Chief of Operations Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license or reliable transportation Minimum 3 years of retail experience, with managerial experience preferred Strong leadership and customer service skills Knowledge of basic business management processes Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Positive attitude and self-motivated nature
