Responsibilities:
Pay Attention to Details:
Accurately look up parts, check in parts orders, and prepare orders.
Customer Service:
Assist customers both in-person and on the phone Work as a Team:
Maintain open communication with management, service advisors, and technicians Complete work in a Timely Manner:
Ensure that all tasks are attended to and completed quickly and efficiently SUCCESS TRAITS:
