Manage the parts division of the Service Department which includes providing fast & friendly technical support to customers, promote and take orders for replacement parts, trouble shoot with customers over the phone and email, and manage inventory on parts.

Responsibilities:
Build positive relationships with customers and vendors Source parts with both existing and new suppliers Diagnose issues and implement proper solutions Order correct parts, as needed, at best possible cost and set pricing to achieve gross margin targets Ability to troubleshoot with customers over the phone Follow all safety guidelines, of OSHA, and Rocket Answer the phone for tech support and parts orders Develop working knowledge of Personal Computer, and Sage X3, Hubspot Manage Hubspot tickets for Parts Participate in department continuous improvement efforts KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES (KSA's):

years experience in Customer Service and/or Parts Ability to trouble shoot & repair the equipment, both mechanical & electrical Good analytical, math, and mechanical aptitude Good writing, verbal, presentation, communication and consensus building skills.
Ability to plan, prioritize and organize work effectively Analyze work under time constraints Analyze problems, apply knowledge, propose solutions, make logical decisions, carry out decisions and follow up with feedback where appropriate.
Ability to use personal computer Willing to work flexible hours Job Type:
