We are seeking an Organizational Learning & Development Representative in Wausau, Wisconsin.
The Organizational Learning & Development Representative supports the Director of Organizational Learning & Development, AWH Educational Services manager, respective teams, leadership & employees to provide the tactical support to meet the Client's training and educational needs.
Assists with LMS administration, training logistics and coordination, employee file/record maintenance, Aspirus system leadership and OD initiatives, administrative support to Director and other Organizational Learning and Development related functions.
Responsible for maintaining the confidential employee database and other employee-related word processing documents and forms, maintaining the confidential employee files and document management system.
Experience/Qualifications Associate Degree in business, management, HR administration, or related field required.
Minimum of 2 years of related experience.

Effective analytical ability to solve complex problems and issues and ability to work independently in a team environment.
Demonstrated ability to organize work, handle multiple priorities, set priorities and meet deadlines.
Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Suite.

Full time Benefit package available, 40 Hours per week, Day Shift Aspirus Wausau Hospital is the flagship of the Aspirus system that serves patients in 14 counties across northern and central Wisconsin, as well as the Upper Peninsula of Michigan.
It is a licensed private/not-for-profit facility with 325 beds and staffed by 350 physicians in 35 specialties.
Aspirus Wausau Hospital is a Level II trauma center that provides primary, secondary and tertiary care services as a regional referral center.
Specialty referral service emphasis exists in cardiology and cardiothoracic surgery, orthopedics and cancer.
The hospital has an average daily inpatient census of 220 with approximately 15,000 admissions per year.
Outpatient visits exceed 50,000 and there are also more than 24,000 annual emergency department visits.
