Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks - Take customer orders and provide exceptional customer service - Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other equipment to make coffee-based beverages - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area - Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register - Assist with food preparation and baking as needed - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Experience:
- Previous experience as a barista or in the food industry is preferred - Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and latte art is a plus - Familiarity with cake decorating or culinary skills is beneficial - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
