We are currently seeking a motivated, detail- oriented person for an Asset Management Operations Associate position in our Wis.
Rapids Office or Wausau office.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN ASSET MANAGEMENT OPERATIONS ASSOCIATE This position has a great deal of variety and opportunity for continued growth.
This is a multi- function position which focuses on providing operational and service support to clients and Officers in addition to assisting with the completion of Asset Management tax work.

The duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
Trust Operations Support Shared responsibility for daily balancing of trust control accounts and reconciliation of daily activity with system processor Greet clients, answer calls, provide lobby coverage, assist in opening/closing Process client payment, receipt or transfer transactions Set up online access accounts and troubleshoot client issues Complete Certificate of Deposit processing Scan and index documents Monitor & process Insurance Trust account payments & notifications Perform account system maintenance Process IRA distributions Prepare documents Provide administrative support to Officers as needed Other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Two-year associate degree or one to three years related experience and/or training (or combination of both) preferred, but not required.

OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES Key attributes needed to successfully do this job are great attention to detail, good with numbers and accounting, ability to stay focused with interruptions, experience with data operating systems, ability to set up check/balance systems, organized, diligent worker, good computer and problem-solving skills, and a team player.
Knowledge of Windows environment (specifically some Excel understanding) and proficient computer skills are necessary.
Must enjoy people and be willing and eager to interact pleasantly with customers and fellow associates alike.
Must understand the team concept and be able to function as a member of a team as the team works towards a common goal.
It is essential to observe the strictest secrecy and confidentiality on the subject of accounts and activities of any kind dealing with the bank.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
