Responsibilities:
Collaborate directly with attorneys to prepare client work and draft legal documents.
Develop and maintain Probate and Trust Administration cases.
Efficiently handle a growing caseload while ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
Utilize Microsoft Office proficiently for document preparation and management.
Provide excellent customer service to clients.
Demonstrate the ability to quickly and thoroughly learn new concepts and procedures.
Effectively multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
Paralegal certification, legal assistant experience, or relevant office administration experience is preferred.
Flexibility and adaptability to handle changing priorities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
