89 an hour 5 days ago 5 days ago 5 days ago Shelter Lead Staff- On-Call We are currently looking to fill an On-call Shelter Lead Staff position at Good Shepherd Shelter in Wausau working with our community homeless population.
The On-call Lead Staff is trained in the Lead Staff role and is on deck in case scheduled employee(s) were to call out.
Ideal candidates will possess excellent decision-making reliability, & interpersonal skills.
Be recognized as a leader and respond to urgent and/or unexpected situations.
Prior experience with the homeless or vulnerable preferred.
The on-call person receives $50 stipend per on call shift scheduled, and also receives hourly pay when called into work for hours worked to fill a shift.
Weekend On-Call shifts are available now.
The weekend shifts are 3 days with a total stipend of $150 to be available to cover open shifts from Fridays from 6pm through Mondays 6 am.
Possible back-to-back shifts (12 hours) if more than one call out in a 24 hour period.
The pay range is $15-$18.
89 for the actual hours worked to cover a shift, with a $3 shift differential being added to hours worked between 10 pm and 5 am.
Must be 18 years old.
