Description:
The Team Lead of Corporate Treasury monitors the day-to-day activities of the Treasury team functions within Fiscal Services.
The Team Lead will also work closely with Revenue Cycle teams to monitor treasury postings and cash balances.
Experience/
Qualifications:
Knowledge of accounting standards and practices normally acquired through completion of a high school diploma with courses in business.
An Associate Degree in Accounting with computer experience in spreadsheets, word processing and databases beneficial, along with experience in bookkeeping and business office procedures including accounts receivable, cash management, and accounts payable.
Annual competencies as required by Aspirus and/or various regulatory agencies based on entity and/or job position.
Minimum of 2-3 years of previous cash balancing/treasury experience as well as 2-3 years of previous accounts payable experience in an accounting department.
Possesses ability to communicate and explain effectively both verbally and in writing.
Is accurate and detail oriented with ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
Possesses ability to work with confidential information and maintain confidentiality.
Is self-motivated and directed.
