Assist with catering and administrative support.
The expected working hours of this position are 8:
00 AM to 5:
00 PM Monday through Thursday.
Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
In a professional manner, answer switchboard, transfer calls, and page when necessary.
Greet clients, guests and vendors in a welcoming manner and provide a professional first impression of the Firm.
Escort guests to conference rooms.
Maintain neat physical appearance of reception area and front desk.
Maintain in/out sheet for office staff as well as visitors to the Firm.
Reserve conference rooms and visiting attorney offices, distribute conference room schedule.
Coordinate interoffice department meetings.
Assist legal administrative assistants and/or timekeepers by providing clerical duties including but not limited to:
revising documents, dictation, verifying data, filing, scanning, copying, printing, data and time entry, and managing mailings.
Provide back-up office services duties including:
setup/cleanup of conference rooms, managing conference rooms and kitchen areas, vendor relations support.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Additional years of experience or education may be substituted for each other as determined by Human Resources.
Education:
High School or equivalent.
Some post-high school education desired, but not required.
Experience:
One to three years of office experience preferred but not required.
Other:
While position is part time, must be flexible with start and end times.
Professional, friendly and polished presentation with superior customer service and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multi-task and enjoy working in fast-paced environment.
Experience with Microsoft Office suite.
Flexible and adaptable to changing needs, priorities and deadlines while maintaining composure.
Dependable in execution of assigned tasks and attendance.
Physical Demands and/or Work Environment:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee must be able to use a keyboard, calculator, and telephone.
Frequent sitting, walking, talking, hearing, and occasional standing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, lifting (25 lbs.
), and an ability to adjust vision for close vision work.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
