We are looking for a UC Administrator to join our team at Aspirus Oakview in Wausau, WI! Description:
The UC Administrator responsibilities include the maintenance and repair of all Cisco VOIP phone systems, voice mail systems, intercoms, overhead paging, switchboard/call center systems, call accounting systems and nurse call systems.
Implements moves, adds, and changes to these systems, runs traffic reports and maintains documentation relating to the multiple systems and associated wiring.
Work parallel with Project Leaders, Coordinators, and Management in developing and delivering project documentation and UC trainings as per the defined project deliverables.
Experience/
Qualifications:
Associate degree in a computer related field or equivalent experience.

years CUCM support experience 1
years of Cisco networking experience including routing, switching, voice and video.

years Unity Connection support experience 1
years voice gateway, SIP/CUBE/PRI/SRST (with SIP endpoints 1 year experience Strong technical troubleshooting ability.
Cisco trained and certified for Unified Communications, CCNP/CCNA preferred.
Travel and overnight stay may be required.
Ability to successfully interact with all levels of management and other personnel.
Ability to work closely with a diverse, challenging, technical staff and maintain consistency and harmony throughout.
Ability to reason and think logically.
Strong attention to detail regarding project planning and documentation Strong organizational skills Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and with written documentation Exceptional work ethic Display willingness to help others with, a pleasant personality, a courteous manner, and a professional demeanor.

Aspirus Wausau Hospital is the flagship of the Aspirus system that serves patients in 14 counties across northern and central Wisconsin, as well as the Upper Peninsula of Michigan.
It is a licensed private/not-for-profit facility with 325 beds and staffed by 350 physicians in 35 specialties.
Aspirus Wausau Hospital is a Level II trauma center that provides primary, secondary and tertiary care services as a regional referral center.
Specialty referral service emphasis exists in cardiology and cardiothoracic surgery, orthopedics and cancer.
The hospital has an average daily inpatient census of 220 with approximately 15,000 admissions per year.
Outpatient visits exceed 50,000 and there are also more than 24,000 annual emergency department visits.
