We are seeking a Director of Network Relations for the Aspirus Network, Inc.
(ANI) who will be accountable for cultivating and fostering robust, trusting relationships with ANI providers and practice leaders by delivering service excellence and a deliberate effective, multi-channel communication approach.
This position works closely with ANI leadership team and collaborates with Aspirus Inc.
leaders to achieve such goals.
This position is responsible for smooth and efficient operations to ensure services, processes, and policies are in place to meet the needs of ANI providers and practice leaders.
This role places a high priority on finding solutions to member's questions and concerns.
Experience/
Qualifications:
Knowledge of communication and dissemination techniques and methods acquired though completion of a bachelor's degree in communication, Public Relations, or any other communications related field.
Strong knowledge and understanding of managed care environments/conditions/trends.
Communications - Knowledge of communication and dissemination techniques and methods.
This includes alternative ways to inform via written, oral, and visual media.
Marketing - Knowledge of principles and methods of showing, promoting, and selling products or services.
This includes marketing strategy and tactics.
Customer and Personal Services - Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.
This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
A minimum of three years of health care leadership, management and other relevant health care experience preferred.
