Applied Fab and Machining Applied Fab and Machining Wausau, WI Wausau, WI Full-time Full-time $55,000 - $65,000 a year $55,000 - $65,000 a year 22 hours ago 22 hours ago 22 hours ago Responsibilities of Assistant General Manager of Manufacturing - Assist the General Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the manufacturing facility - Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction - Primary focus on Shipping, Receiving, Customer Service, and Project Management - Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability - Assist in creating employee schedules, manufacturing schedules and managing labor costs - Maintain high standards of cleanliness and quality objectives - Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner - Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed - Lead New Projects out on the floor Experience of Assistant General Manager of Manufacturing - Previous experience in the manufacturing industry is a must have - Strong knowledge of fabrication and machining - Proven experience in a leadership or assistant management role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Knowledge of Solidworks and Autocad and able to modify prints We are looking for an Assistant General Manager who is passionate about manufacturing industry, has strong leadership skills, and is committed to providing exceptional customer service.
