Your role will frequently require the ability to communicate well and work under pressure, as well as plan and organize a variety of projects.
Our ideal candidate is an eager self-starter who works well with others, is punctual and reliable, and has experience working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities are but not limited to:
Provide customers with support related to product and service issues.
Troubleshoot product and service issues.
Act as a first point of contact for certain types of customer inquiries.
Provide excellent customer service by resolving customer problems in a timely manner.
Answer customer questions and address customer concerns.
Understand a new hire's training materials and corporate policies.
Work with coworkers to resolve customer issues.
Performs daily administrative functions to assist the agency owner Assists with set up and execution of agency events Responsible for initiating and adopting best practices for positive agency customer contact Develops a network of community contacts Responds to customer inquiries regarding coverages, billing, claims or products by following established agency processes and procedures Effective communication skills Experienced with PC software applications (Microsoft Office Suites, Internet Explorer) Experience using a wide range of digital devices Experience with social media platforms Solid knowledge and understanding of marketing concepts, strategies, practices, and tools Ability to work independently to plan, set priorities, and organize work Job Type:
