00 AM
Experience:
o 24 months of Intermediate Care Unit experience is required.
o 3 months of experience with Epic is preferred.
Requirements:
o Candidates must have a Wisconsin license or compact license in hand at the time of application.
o This role will require floating to multiple units Pre-employment modules may be required for this role.

Can submit with a block scheduling request - The facility will always try and honor, but never guarantee.
Guaranteed Hours Per Week:
36 hrs Float Requirements:
AWH all inpatient units, as needed.
Typically will float to higher acuity units Weekend/Holiday Requirements:
Every other weekend.
Every other holiday Minimum
Experience:
Stepdown/ Intermediate/PCU experience required.
ICU experience, preferred.
Trauma Level II preferred.
Ventilator/Trach experience required.
Scrub Colors:
any color scrubs GSA hours are not guaranteed the week of Orientation.
Traveler is guaranteed set hours per week, except during holidays where unit is closed.
