Aspirus is currently seeking a TALENT DELIVERY PARTNER in Wausau, Wisconsin to work in the Talent Delivery Department at Aspirus Inc.

The Talent Delivery Partner, reporting to System Director of Talent Delivery, serves as a Business Partner to Client regarding all strategic Talent needs.
Hours:
This position is Full Time; 1.
0 FTE or 80 hours per pay period.
Experience/Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in a Business and/or Human Resources discipline.
5 years progressive Talent and HR practice experience.
PHR, SPHR, SHRM - CP or equal encouraged.
Talent Delivery, Workforce Planning, Strategic, Business Development, Marketing, Critical Thinking, Communication, Customer Service and Collaboration competence.
Annual competencies as required by Aspirus and/or various regulatory agencies based on entity and/or job position.
