Eastbay is now hiring for eCustomer Care Associates within our call center. We are looking for positive, energetic team players who have a passion for athletics and helping people! Associates will be responsible for providing excellent service to customers via email, phone and live chat. Associates will also conduct site monitoring; reporting site issues and customer service trends to appropriate personnel in the eCustomer Care Center. Other duties as assigned.
Hours Available
Full Time:
3rd shift availability. Mandatory overtime as needed.
Part Time:
1st and 2nd shift availability. Part-time hours are flexible! We require a minimum of 15 hours per week including 6 hours of availability every weekend (Morning, afternoon and evening availability).

Experience:
